The Lyric Wi-Fi Water Leak and Freeze Detector is an early warning system that notifies you on your smartphone when a pipe freezes or a leak is detected. By catching it early, you can head off disaster and expensive repairs. Peace of mind wherever you go: At the first signs of leaks, freezes, or excess humidity, The Lyric™ Wi-Fi Leak & Freeze Detector can alert your smartphone. Leaks and frozen pipes can cause serious damage to your house. You place detectors near trouble spots like the sump pump, water heater, washer and under sinks. Detectors are named and recorded in the Lyric App and connect to your Wi-Fi. Now you're set. If a leak or frozen pipe is detected, the Lyric App on your phone will alert you wherever you are.

Setup

• Setup is simple and easy. Search “Lyric” in the App Store or Google Play. Download the Lyric app to your smartphone or tablet. The Lyric app will walk you through step-by-step instructions for connecting and setting up the Lyric Wi-Fi Water Leak and Freeze Detector.

• The Lyric app not only enables the capabilities of the Wi-Fi Water Leak and Freeze Detector, it also includes step-by-step instructions on how to set up and connect everything.

Clean and Replace

• After an alarm, simply wipe dry the detector and cable sensor and place them back into service.

Humidity & Temperature Logging

• The sensors have the ability to record and log your humidity and temperature of the area you are monitoring. All viewable via the Lyric app.
