Exceptional antique Loetz Phaenomen Genre (PG) 1/483 iridescent Art Nouveau vase, circa 1900. This rare Bohemian glass masterpiece features a rich textured "oil-spot" surface with brilliant metallic iridescence shifting from gold and orange to magenta, violet, and green.
The elegant triform pulled rim and rounded organic body exemplify Loetz's mastery of natural form and fluid Art Nouveau design. The vase has a polished pontil base and is unsigned, as typical for the period.
