Stone: This natural oilstone is quarried in the mountains of Arkansas, and is finer than the man-made oil stones that can be found in the marketplace. Because it is a natural stone, the color and pattern will vary with each stone, making each one unique.Made in the U.S.A.

Care Instructions

Hand-wash. Do not put away until fully dry. Store away from humidity in the bamboo box provided. Use Japanese waterstones or similar sharpening stones to sharpen your knife. We recommend a protective layer of oil (olive, vegetable, canola) on the exposed carbon steel.
