This is a lovely little ginger jar with pretty colors and designs. It's 4" tall including the lid and about 3" wide... The 4 different characters engraved mean 'wan shou wu jiang,' which translates to "boundless longevity". Based on the marking, the item is a piece of Chinese porcelain, likely from the mid-to-late 20th century, made in Jingdezhen. Famille rose refers to a Chinese porcelain decorating style distinguished by a palette of opaque overglaze enamels, most notably a soft rose or pink.
