I can't specify the exact age, but I believe this is an old vintage item. It's an Ethiopian cross made in Ethiopia. It's a rosary from the Ethiopian Orthodox Church, which developed uniquely in Ethiopia. The distinctive and complex design is different from the rosaries we often see, making it very attractive. The top is made of silver, but it may not be as high purity as 925 silver. The chain is silver 925 with a hallmark, but I think it was added later, probably in recent years. I listed it in the men's category, but it can be worn unisex, by both men and women. The condition has some tarnish and blackening on the top due to aging, which is typical of silver and adds to the vintage feel.
