On offer is this sculptural vintage wood-turned birchwood vase / decorative bowl by Jeff Arndt of Chickaloon, Alaska. A beautiful flared design in a lovely warm tone. The overall condition is very good, but due to the knots within the wood there is some natural splitting. This was likely part of the original work. There is also an area of bark peel on one side that is about 2" long. This piece would likely function best as a sculptural art object. It would also make an excellent container for dried flowers. Hand signed to the base. Dated 1993.
Approximate measurements: 7" at its tallest point and 7.75" at its widest.
